Many of the store managers are working long hours to cut labor costs with the hopes of getting everyone on the same page. Now we find out it may have been for nothing. Tisk, tisk...we should be notified other than being told your store will close if you can't sell powerplay. Think about the demographics before you begin a program that is suppose to work for everyone. Test stores should be tested longer before programs are rolled out and the wrinkles in the system ironed out first. When the people who want PowerPlay buy it and the rest continually say no, what then? Fire all of us???????? I did work for the company before they decided to shut down half the gamecrazy brand and name it as "Most stores will not be effected by this" and then shut down another 200MG's and a couple hundred hollywood videos. I work for the company and on Monday, corp walked into our district and shut down 5 store with NO notice. They waited until all of the guests were out of the store, locked up at 3:30 in the afternoon for business. I was told, by my SMRG, that they were 3 other stores in my district that are going to close soon. This is due to HV/MG not paying rent and property taxes on several locations. This is true.
